I'm sure there must be. Perhaps there is a cordless phone that has Bluetooth so you can use a regular Bluetooth headset with it?

Or would something like this do the trick?

I am trying to find out if there is a gadget that is to landlines as bluetooth is to mobile phones. Meaning to speak on the land line hands free, with a headphone or earpiece and mic of course.
