Sewing Gadgetry

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

I was on TVNZ Breakfast again this morning reviewing sewing machines. The approach I took was to review 3 machines from right across the spectrum:

  • A brand-new Singer hand-cranked mechanical machine. Beautiful, if somewhat impractical.
  • A nice mid-range electronic Janome 4900QC.
  • The insane top-end Pfaff Creative Vision. Thirteen thousand dollars of sewing madness.

You can watch the video here.

I’m happy to answer any questions on the machines, or pass on the questions to the helpful team at Sewing Machine World.
