Nokia 6233/4

Friday, December 2nd, 2005

Nokia 6233Nokia have released a new candybar-form phone that looks like it is designed to compete directly with the Motorola e398/ROKR and the Sony Ericsson k750.

The 6233 looks to be a generic version of the Vodafone-specific 6234. Both come with a nice hi-res 320 x 240 QVGA screen, stereo speakers, bluetooth, and mini-SD slot to provide files for the built-in music player. They’ll play back MP3, AAC, M4A, and AAC+ format files, and if you have none of those you can always fall back to old-school FM radio via the built-in receiver. 2 megapixel camera is standard too.

And here is another line of waffle, because I can’t get my damn site layout to work properly, and on wide screens if the post is too short, that image of the phone will run into the next post. Damned if I’m going to resort to tables for layout.
