Optimus OLED Keyboard

Optimus Keyboard Back to our normal programming… I have some reservations about this undoubtably uber-sexy Optimus OLED keyboard. Like what happens when one of the OLEDs fails after a few months? Could you live with a blank key for ever? How about two or three blank keys?

However I’d not be above spending US$300 on a keyboard with the ability to display individual images on the keys, and can imagine some pretty sweet scenarios. From the simple visual feedback of switching the letters on the keys from lower to upper case (who needs a caps-lock light!?), to something insanely cool like using all the keys at once to display a visualisation (e.g. spectrum analyser), or in fact track information etc. for a headless media PC. Now that would be geek.
