What could possibly be better than a fully progammable remote controlled robot with fluid motion and gestures? An autonomous robot of course!
Some crazy cats called Team NimbRo have decapitated a Robosapien, and replaced the remote control interface with a Pocket PC. The PPC has a webcam attached for visual feedback, and can be programmed in C++.
