Dell is a four-letter word

OK sure, a Malaysian PC assembler is not going to get paid a heck of a lot, but surely they (or more correctly their line manager) could find somewhere to secure the ATX power cable in such a manner that it did not rest against the internal system fan!!?

Sure, I’m happy to take $80/hr to open the PC, move said cable 2 inches, and close the case again (screwless assembly is one thing Dell has done well), but should the client really have to sit through several weeks of annoying droning from a brand new PC?
